Nice one Quinny!

Although that bit between the engine in the air and then in the car seemed a little longer at the time.. biglaugh

Severe editing Quinny! I bet that was easier than when i put my engine back in with gearbox as well! Great fun.

Yep a bit of editing went on.

All in all it took 2.5 hours to get the engine bolted up to the gearbox.
Now i've experienced being in between you and Ash in conversation,I bet that was 1/2 hr for the work,and 2hrs for the blablablablahehe

A good job done by all - well done thumbup
Just one small point though, did I notice that the serpentine belt appears to have been routed differently to normal? I think it could slip on the alternator pulley when there's a high electrical load.

Just noticed that belt as well belt should form a 'V' shape (alt - water - pas - crank - tensioner)

I remember not so long ago someone else had it like that and the car was in the for sale.. you know with the words .. carefully maintained etc..

How we chuckled..

Doh! Although that's actually how it was before the rebuild.. never thought to check it against anyone elses.. god knows how long it's been that!
