E92 M3 suspension. What to buy?

Hi all,

Looking to upgrade the suspension on a E92 M3, to cope with a few track days that I have planned. Ideally i want a nice set of coilovers, has anyone here had experience at choosing and fitting a kit for this car?

Also, are the standard antiroll bars any good as standard, can they be upgraded?
