Anyone fitted them to a CV8 or VXR?

I've only ever seen the orange on Caspy's carbon VXR8. Actually, I've seen the orange ones fitted to Monkfish's demo VXR, but they always looks good on black.

Has anyone done it and got any pics they can put up?

Wortec did have some at the Ace Café meet back in Jan and sold them all, not seen any Ro's with them on though.... What happened to them?

Mickya, AM04ARO and dos 12s showed interest in Black ones rather than the graphite, red or orange. I know AM04ARO didn't fit them as I saw his ro at Brands. Did anyone else fit them?

I've ordered some from Caspy, so I'll post some pics when they are on. Unless of course I don't like them

Thanks for that - I'm probably going black with my wheels - so red would look great (I suspect). Hmm. Tempting - how much are they?

I fitted them to one side ofmine but decided i didnt like them so i removed them, might look better in red as they would go with my AP's then.

Thanks Island Boy. The orange on black with orange calipers does look very nice, especially on the carbon, but wanted to see another colour. I've gone for graphite on mine. Red would be good as I have red AP calipers, but red and silver doesn't wouldn't go right I think. I think the graphite would be better on a silver car. Hopefully picking them up tomorrow.

How easy were they to fit Jamie? I'm worried about ballsing it up and get it wonky, or bubbles in. Might take it somewhere to get done for a bung.

I think they are £25 a set by the way Willisit. That's how much they were going for at the Ace.

I'll check my camera later - there was a VXR8 at Rockingham with the red stripes iirc, might have a picture of it. If not then maybe check the pics from vxronline forum as it could be up there.

I've got the stripes, but am a bit scared to try fitting them myself. How did you do it Jamie? Any special method?

i just stuck one end on and pulled it tight peeling the back off at the same time, went on pretty easy and trimmed the up with a stanley blade, you can use some soapy water if you are not confident as it gives you a chance to move them about, then simply squeegee the water out.

Thanks Jamie, Stripes are on. I think they look really nice. Picture doesn't really do justice as they look smaller for some reason.

Hmm, quite tempted now. They look quite subtle. I think Black/Graphite might look better on mine (if they do them in that colour?)

I like the whole 'stripes matching the caliper' thing, but I just didn't think red stripes would look right on a silver car. I asked Caspy for the graphite ones and I think I made the right choice. It sets off against the silver quite nicely.

Graphite or Black would look great on a yello ro
