I have just sold mine which had 15 000 miles. Is this becoming a collector car?

I bought mine with 17K on last July. I think 7K in 9 months is pretty decent.

My excuse is: too busy and don't like parking in town, and hate driving it in the rain. I have a standard S1 still, but it has only done 11k on it and I bought it with 9900 on it 2 years ago.

I have booked two track days though for May smile Should put another 500 miles on it this year.

Quality not quantity!

Driving time is shared with an S2 Exige, Caterham SLR and Caterham R400 biggrin
Like kids you have got to give them equal time...!

Just it occured to me that this is the perfect thread for someone to look if they wanted to find a low mileage car.

They call them garage queens! Yes I know condensation can get in and things can seize but, I have always kept my cars dry and do nip out most weeks with them. I say them, I only have the S1 now.

I change the brake fluid every year, engine oil, and coolant. If I show you a picture of under the wheel arches on my old 111S you would not believe it was 9 yrs old.

What about Supercars, they hardly ever get out!
