SL55 AMG - should I ?

Hi

I am thinking of getting an SL55 AMG but wanted to ask you guys what you thought about them. Are they reliable? I am looking at 04 plate about 25k miles - what do you guys think about the depreciation over the next couple of years. I cant decided whether it will look dated. Its a 100k new though . . . Whats a good price ?
