urgent help needed! My husband locked out of his tvr

My husband is picking up his tvr from a repair centre (30 mins from home)and has discovered that his second transponder is not working - possibly due to flat battery.

The original transponder is in the boot. He has previously had a Chimarea - is it the same procedure? Any help much appreciated. He has called out the rescue people but is keen to give them the correct advice as to what to do. If you don't want to put details on the forum pls email us at [e-mail]
