Door/Window ECU voltages and current
Discussion
Hi,
A few people have been posting door/window problems on here recently so I thought I would post some information that might be useful to diagnose problems.
The link below will take you to a site which shows two pages (click to expand them) detailing voltage readings and current draw from the door/windows connectors plus some other hopefully useful comments. You will need to install Microsoft's Silverlight runtime (a quick single click install) to view them, but you will probably have to do that soon anyhow as more and more sites are using silverlight.
Cerbera Door,Window ECU
The idea is that if you have a problem with door/window/boot operations you can use a multi meter to take readings from the connectors and where they differ from these readings identify faults.
The site they are hosted on is in Beta (not released to the public yet) but it should be within the next few days if you would like your own account, perhaps we could use it to document all sorts of TVR info.
Hope this is useful.
Tim.
