I am finding it increasingly difficult to find a database to purchase leads for property owners insurance. Anyone have one for sale or know where I could get one?

John, PM me your details please.

Going to be going to the market for our Buildings Insurance this year as I feel our current agent isnt really trying his best for us. Been with him for 12 years but I feel he has got complacent frown

Renewal isnt due till September but I will be looking for quotes July/August

John, Where in the UK are you? I am also an insurance broker and would like to obtain some of the info you have asked about but only for local to me (London). If you are not in my area would you let me know how you get on or maybe we could share the cost etc etc

I bought one a few months ago from one of the main data suppliers and it was utter crap. Feel free to PM me if you want the name of who to avoid.

Does insurance lead buying actuallty work???
There are plenty of Mortgage lead companies and they cheerfully tell you that a 20-30% hit rate on leads is a good return, which stirkes me as a bit of a waste of time & money.

We're not looking for renewal dates or leads in that sense, we just want names and addresses for mailshots. I'd rather spend 20k on diect mail, than yellow pages for example.
