I'm all for having fun with the old girl, but surely doing this kinda thing is gonna knacker it completely after a while? Plus, I'd hate to be the next owner of one of these!

Maybe he should have took the trade plate out of the window. So, who has the trade plate 492WH then?

Im not sure it would knacker it completely provided the girl is warm however rubber is obviously something they are not worried about, but lets be honest its not very impressive.

Any mug can sit in a carpark in a high powered sports car and go round in circles on a flat piece of tarmac spinning the wheels.

I cant understand the point?

Surely the driving experience is a hot sunny day roof and window in the boot burning up some long sweeping country lanes and A roads and maybe stopping for a pub lunch en-route?

Am I getting old and sensible?getmecoat

provided its warmed up properly 10 mins of donuts if probably less of a strain for the car than a full track day!

Whether or not its a pointless activity is entirely down to the individual! wink

Interesting to get the different views of this kind of thing. Personally I like to "blow the cobwebs" out on occasion, when the situation allows and the car's nice and warmed up. I don't particularly have any fondness for donuts though....unless they are of the chocolate glazed type biggrin....but getting the end out on purpose is always good for a laugh wink

I bet the two people on the opposite side of the road shat themselves!

I DO like the sound of the de-cat though... that one and the first vid in the carpark at night. So tempted! Must do it! Ear splittingly loud! thumbup

Anyway, hmm... so maybe these donut things aren't so bad afterall!?

I think the doughnuts are ok as long as the car is warm and the driver doesn't have to engine bouncing off the limiter, never tried in the Tuscan but have in the Griff a few times lol. The Tuscan with the Bling wheels you could hear the engine wasn't screaming, but in the others some sounded like the peddle was just mashed to the floor.

The red cerb was a bit close to the wall too hehe

Haha!

Thought at least one would have to be one of you guys! As I said in my first post, I've just turned into a boring old fart since my birthday, so carry on and smoke away! Love the sound of that de-cat.
