TV tuner card Retro Fit?

I've been told that...

A TV tuner card can be professionaly fitted to an existing Command system in around 4 hours.

No way should a TV tuner card be retro-fitted to a command system as there will be dash and aerial/TV signal issues.

Waddya reckon?

Also, had anyone heard of Keyless Go being retro-fitted?
