More window problems!

The driver's window on my Tam is jamming when I close it from fully open. I have to press the window up button and grab the top of the window and pull up, to assist it.
Any suggestions? Is it knackered or is it a take-it-apart-brush-it-out-and-lubricate job? If, indeed you can take it apart.

Just been having problems with my cerb windows, so know how you feel!
Anyway, best thing to do is take the door card off and lubricate the runners with silicone spray and whilst your there I would clean up/check electric connections and WD40 whatever else that moves! It could also be a sign that your motor is getting a little tired (as i suspect mine are).Hope this helps.

The door skin comes off easily and you can really see all the workings once it is off. There are three caps with bolts underneath that run along the bottom of the door, once these are undone the door skin can be slid down and off.
A lube of the cables and motor parts may do some good, if not further adjustment will should sort it out. I played the whats different to the other side game, which also helped a bit.
There is also mention of putting silicon spray on the seals somewhere on here.
