Pendragon and Bmw

Theres rumours abound that Bm are not happy with the Pendragon group and are about to cut them free.
The franchise agreement terminates in october this year, but theres some legal stuff that means Pendragon have to make an announcement 6 months ahead of this date.
This makes it the end of April.
Anyone else heard anymore on this ?

I have heard of a couple of dealers that have been terminated but they have been small one man bands that havn't or can't invest to fullfil there contractual duties, Seperate Mini showroom etc.
There will still need to be BMW representation in those areas so it will be a case of them being sold and changing owners rather than disapearing all together.
I have heard Pendragon have upset many Manufacturers but they are just rumours and I don't know anyone who sits on the board so they'll have to stay that way.

Update.
At least one Stratstone is to become part of the Specialist cars group.
Not 100% official, but confirmed as Bmw's favoured buyer.
Stratstone Tring as good as confirmed to be Specialist Cars Tring Ltd from the end of June.
