Esprit Beginners Guide

Just added a beginners guide to the site. Been writing it over the last couple of weeks and think I've covered most things. But if people would like to read over it and email me with any points they feel are relevant. Hopefully it can be used as a pointer for people new to the Esprit who wish to learn more.

Don't really want to cover buying & running as they have there own sections. I'm sure those more experienced than I can help add to the page to make it more useful for novices.

Edited to add: only one minor mistake - 1997 V8 and 1998 V8 both had AWI wheels. The new wheels didn't actually come out until '99...
