... who gets eaten alive by insects when I'm out on my bike.

My legs have loads of little bites on them from the midges in the woods yesterday. Any solutions / repellants that are worth a try?

Not had any bikes since being back on a bike, but plenty of bugs in my face/mouth/eyes.

As for insects, I've eaten too many to mention (extra protein I guess )

LOL I just went for a ride with my mate, and no bites, but we went down a track and a swarm of flies were there! Had to turn back it was so bad!

Indeed: even the angriest swarm of killer bees is nothing compared to those bloody things.

Got a feeling that the mild winter is going to mean a lot of that kind of thing this year. Could get uncomfortable, as I appear to be on the specials board.

I'm hoping it doesn't get worse. Don't want to end up with loads of bites. One is enough just now
