Coolant issues on Lamborghinis

Guys,
Those of you who have had their cars serviced in the last year, can I ask that you check the coolant in your systems.
I have now had three Lamborghinis in where I have found nothing but water in the cooling system, and obviously I would like to get to the bottom as to the reason why this is happening.
Either take the car back to where you got it serviced, or someone you trust should check it for you, but as you are aware, any Lamborghini, which has a requirement for 30 litres of specialist coolant in its system should not have just water going around its pipes, and three Murcielagos in as many weeks is just too much of a coincidence for me.
