WIPER BLADES - WHICH ONES?

Hi Guys,

Just found that the search facility is "under maintainence" and my bible is at home! Can anybody tell me which replacement wiper blades I need for a standard 2000 Chimaera, please? Probably a Ford part but I don't fancy spending my lunch hour in Halfrauds with the old ones trying to figure it out - they'll just think I'm a silly girlie or something!

You should find that a pair of "standard" 16" wiper blades with a universal click-fitting should be fine. I've settled on Valeo blades since they seem to hug the curved windscreen a but better. I think I might try the "flat blades" next time mine are due for replacement.

Hi Jane,

I wipex blades off e-bay, about £20, but they do away with all that external piping that wraps rounf the blade.

Makes the whole thing look loads tider.
