Help
Any Tuscan S owners out there had the same problem as us?
Picked up tuscan S on Tuesday. Went into a multi storey car park today on the way out the front splitter grounded on the incline on every floor. Anything we can do to stop this as I have to park here as we have a permit.

Yep - I can't park mine in the underground car park where my girlfriend lives, so have to park it on the street. I guess the only thing you can do is take off the splitter...

Yep, grounded my splitter all over Europe, it's now so sharp I shave with it!

I've caught my splitter on quite a number of slopes, speedbumps, kerbs.. lol

They must make them bloody well though, because the thing's still in one piece despite the fact I think it should be otherwise!

I wouldn't worry too much, they seem quite good at coping with a few bumps and scrapes.

Its a shame this part can't be manufactured with a sprung hinge type thing at the point of fixing to the car.

If it's of any use I suffer the same in the Noble, and just take the ramp at an angle. I generally go down the ramp, move right over to the left, and then as I get between 5-6 feet of it put full RHD lock on it.

Seems to work fine - never scraped it in any car park after I worked it out, including the T1 carpark at Heathrow and the South car park at Gatwick - both right gits with lots of "scrape" marks where others have fallen foul.

Try it - it might work?

Hmmm, wouldn't the spring type hine also activate at speed due to the high pressure of the air passing around it, and so stop doing the job it was put there for???

For a rear-wheel-drive car, there is an obvious way round this problem!

Autotest! Wet car parks are even better.
