v8s what spark plugs are best

i'm about to renew the spark plugs and leads on my v8s , as today it seams to not be running on all 6 , i was wondering does anyone have the spark plug code ( or do i have to remove one to get it) please if you know and the leads are standard ok ?
i have a friend who is a brilliant guy on range rover v8 engines and i'm hoping to get him to service my car, i always like to buy the best of parts and hand them over so i know whats been fitted, thanks for you time robbie isle of man

NGK B7ECS plugs gapped to 0.9mm
Also consider changing the plugs leads (use good quality), distributor cap, rotor arm (Genuine Lucas ONLY - they are much more expensive than cheap copies) and if you can stretch to it the heat shields aswell on the end of the plug leads (ACT do them but I'm too tight to buy any).
I used BOSCH plug leads, can't remember what dizzy cap, NGK plugs, and a cheap rotor arm. I had a bit of an intermittent misfire and put the old genuine lucas rotor arm back in and it was fine again.
Now its all in bits

i tryed a couple of local garages for the ngk b7ecs today, no luck and then i found several shops on ebay selling them, 8 plugs including postage to the isle of man less than 25.00 pounds, also new ht leads from a british manifacturer again 25.00 including postage, shame i will have to wait until next week to get them,
a google search found the spark plugs for 5.57 each , try the shops on ebay,
