Something very simple, I want to buy one of their (Luminox) watches but I'd like to see one in the flesh first, check the colours and try it on etc.

So a trip to Leeds to their authorised dealer was yesterday.
Cotswold Outdoors Stores Leeds
Leeds

Finally found the place as it is the North Face shop and the Cotswold part is basically a rack of clothing.

Tried to find the watches, asked the assistant they are upstairs.
Pop upstairs all eager to find my next watch. Spoke to the chap who was helpful and said they only order them in, they don't 'stock' them. Not a lot of fecking use then for a dealer.

Really am a bit miffed, you want to buy a product but you cant see the thing in the flesh.

Website no use other then to give your number to a sales contact. Why can nothing be simple?

It would appear to be a small importer in the UK distributing from what I have found but no more then that.

How can you expect to set up a customer following when there is nothing to follow?

Nightmare.

Cotswold's near Exeter in Devon, did have them in stock, when I was there last, but another shop in exeter stock them too, have quite a range, (the Kit Shop), I know its miles from Leed's, but there must be someone who stocks them closer to you.

Which one are you intrested in?
