Pics from the Show
Shiny cars and glossy girls
Discussion
Once saw a manufacturer's stand (may have been TVR or p'raps Lotus-car was certainly a wedge) at Earls Court where the bonnet was so well polished the girls kept sliding off as the press were trying to take pictures
It made the nationals, so the publicity worked! Anyone else aged enough to recall any more details ?

Just come back from show, saw Niel Anderson at the show and Niel told me there are exciting things happening at TVR and don't believe Pistonheads. The Speed 12 project is not dead! Jay Shepard is driving for Hawthorns (my tip for the Tuscan Crown!) Colin Blower's Ultima was the best looking British GT at the show. The most exciting car at the show was the Farboud GT. Glad to see Ted prefered to show the 2CV rather than that natty Ginetta next to it. Full marks for BARC for the blonde girl with the cane. Final say the two Noble cars looked stunning, however the stunner of the show was Suzy Perry!

The Farboud GT reminds me of the 1998 Porsche GT1. From the front, the only difference between this and the Porsche GT1 are the side view mirrors, and the head light covers...
Never the less, the car looks very sleek. So is this car a prototype, or are they planning on selling this car anytime soon? Will it be a turnkey car, or targeted to the kitcar market? I wonder will this car be affordable in comparison to the Radical SR3, Ultima GTR, and Westfield XTR2?
