Hi guys

Has anyone out there got a copy of a standard hire agreement for premises, the sort of thing you would use if hiring a venue for a private party etc?

Or even one that is more specific than that - just so I can get an idea of the kind of terms which are incorporated.

What sort of place is it? Are you hiring it out or the one wnating to hire it?

its for a friend of mine, hes part of a committe looking to hire out a church hall on a fairly regular basis and wants to draw up a contract, just wants an example to know the type of clauses which it would contain
