I can't find any service books on the Monaro, so any idea when the Engine coolant should be changed, and how long do the spark plug's usually last?
Did anyone get the hard to find braded brake hoses, I seem to recall no one had them in stock.

PONTIAC GTO manual says 5 years/150,000 miles for coolant (DEX-COOL) and every 100,000 miles for plugs

Getting my 30K service next week, that includes plugs, 100K seems a bit OTT??

Got my brake hoses from the states in the end, even with import costs they were still reasonable..

thought plugs were changed at 50k, 100k is possible on modern plugs but tbh thats just to please bean counters/company fleet managers. Plat tips have been known to drop off into the engine = nice
