Are there any recommended fwd instructors in the north west so i can get the maximum out of myself and my pug205gti?

On the road or track? There is nearly always an instructor on any decent track day - I would have thought they would all have fwd experience and or know what you should / shouldn't be doing.

Just get one booked.

Get Paul Taft up, there is no one better that I know of, to instruct in FWD then him.
