Is it illegal to temporarily blind someone with a very bright torch? Or to carry one about?

Gonna get one of these to defend against those "carjacking" moments .. 120 lumens must be pretty bright?

works beter if you blind em with it just before smacking em with.

why you thing some BiB`s carry em in day light its not to sead light on the situation.

the mae a handy back up if they lose the ASP

puls cant get done for carring a touch in a public place, however the AsP does fit in the pocket better.

Placed my order then. Why do all torches make such good weapons?
