Does anyone know where if there are any on-line technical / schematic engine manuals for the XK8 / XKR engines?

..Hi - should have added...

Jaguar JTIS etc are all on ebay for a few quid.

JTIS is the dealer tech system. It assumes that you do know how to do most operations in a generic sence... so its not for total beginners....

I tried downloading some interesting-looking PDFs from this site but none of them will open for me. Adobe Reader says they are all corrupt.

If you're buying from ebay, make absolutely sure you get the genuine JTIS, not a hopeless " workshop guide". There's a lot of crap about - including the ones that went straight in my dustbin...
