Hi,

today I have noticed that the clutch of my cerbera was not working ok. A Yaear ago I put a Clevor Trevor clutch and it worked fine, but today the clutch pedal was to soft and I checked the clutchfluid. The mastercylinder was empty and I put new fluid,I bleeded the clutch and it is working fine now. But the question is were is the fliud?

Best regards from a german TVR Driver

It has leaked out, which is usually a sign of imminent slave cylinder seal failure (symptom: cannot disengage clutch to select any gears).

The replacement parts are cheap but the labour to fix it is typically 500+ euros as the gearbox has to be removed (on V8 and I think speed6).

Maybe you need an upgrade scratchchin

I take it you never had the slave seals changed when the new clutch was done a year ago? If you did, then I would suspect it could be the seals in your master cylinder- check for clutch fluid in the drivers foot-well for this.

Take a look under the drivers side carpet, if its wet then the master cylinder seals have gone.

If not I'd speak to clevor trevor as their slave is supposed out last the std one

Very good chance i'd sayyes, the raceproved clutch and slave are usually pretty reliable.
