V8S Rear Diff mounting

I'm trying to source some new bushes for my rear diff mount, the rubbers are well sagged.

Any ideas? Pic below, its the 2 rubber bushes in the bracket I need.
Assuming they will come out of course.

Well I've removed the bushes now and they are destroyed so I hope I can get some replacements!

Q. Are the bushes pressed directly into a flame/plasma cut bracket with 2 tubes butt welded onto it, that the bushes fit into, that then has the 6 mounting holes,or are the bushes separate to the plate and have their own flange..the picture is not that clear (they look like the Griffth/Chimeara front bushes at the moment).

Adrian your description is perfect - they are fairly ordinary round bushes pressed into the tube welded to the bracket.

Here's the rough measurements of the bush (only done with tape measure)



A = 13.5mm 1/2" approx

B = 41mm 1 5/8" approx

C = 41mm 1 5/8" approx

D = 35mm 1 3/8" approx

I'm going to be looking for other bushes aswell - all the front suspension, rear trailing arm bushes (x4) plus I was going to replace the top rubber bushes on the diff carrier, although they don't look too bad would you advise I replace them as a matter of course while its apart and easy to access?

Am I right in thinking that the only real option for the front is now powerflex poly bushes?

H Chris, I have not got one on the shelf so I cannot check...I have only got a poly version that is used for the rear mount, that is in the chassis on those cars. (it is worth noting that the Griffs have 2 different ratings on diff bushes. Adrian@,
Re the bushes..front I have on the shelf..but most use poly, re the diff bushes those rear 2 are shunting through end to end and metalastic is the only option.

For future reference part id is R0059.

TVR car parts had no stock, got them from http://www.tvrspareparts.com but you have to ring them they are not on their listings. £14.13 each plus VAT.
