Thought all TVRs are unaffected due to low volume manufacturer. Thought they just fall into the over 2ltr bracket?

My 12 months RFL just cost £185 for a Dec 1997 4.5 Cerb.

The second hand car market has yet to see the effect of these changes. Lets hope the Torys change things before too long as Brown need not get too comfortable in No10.
