If my experiences of C/Combe are anything to go by, their noise meter is a bit over sensitive. Last day there they pegged my RS at the limit (100 dB, IIRC).... on a standard exhaust

They test you in an open ended shed with a queue of track day engines 6ft from your exhaust. Lots of ambient noise!! I'd say if you're close to the limit under normal circumstances you're likely to be over it there. Bloody good circuit though
