I have green stuff pads all round on my 4.2 Cerbera.
You have to be quite careful on cold mornings because the braking efficiency is not too good the first time you dab the middle pedal after that they are fine. On the track they were excellent until there was nothing... from what I read that is a cerbie thing rather than a problem with the pads as such. Need to fit air deflectors to keep things cool. They squeal a lot after a couple of heavy applications, in normal road use they are fine. I don't subscribe to the "no brake dust" claim, still get plenty of that on the fronts. I know shpub had trouble with brake disk wear but I haven't had that problem. I have had the cerbie for 15 months and covered 9000 miles or so. The disks weren't new to begin with and ther are still fine, only one track day though.
Might try some mintex pads once these wear out.

I've found them to be excellent on the track but not so good on the road. They like to be hot and unless you are driving really hard on a twisty road you never really get enough heat into them. This is based on standard Griff 500 brakes which are not massively powerful - may be a different story if you have bigger brakes?

Best thing is no black brake dust on your rims
