leaking sagaris suspension leg

I took the wheels off the Sagaris this weekend and noticed that the front passenger side suspension leg has a fine coating of oil on it. Has anybody else had suspension leg problems on their Sagaris? (car has only done 3'900 miles)is it possible to repair? or will it need a new shocker. thanks in advance for advice
