My best chav putdown!
Discussion
Just enjoying myself on the empty roads (windows down, sunroof open, music up loud and the heater on a touch
) on the way back from a mates house when I came to the slightly windier part that was a bit more fun
Was doing 30 through this little town with some knob in a bodged up Saxo weaving around the road in protest at my following the speed limit (there was more than enough room for him to overtake). Came to the NSL sign and I gave it the beans and pulled away pretty rapidly as he was napping or whatever. When it came to a 40 the other end he'd caught up with me and I could see he was dying to say something (because he was pretty much tailgating me again, but worse!) to me as the traffic lights ahead were red. Anticipating this I switched from listening to the Kaiser Chiefs, to putting on Radio 2 at quite a loud volume!
When we stopped at the lights, he yelled through my window "Oi w
r! Whats that b
ks on the Radio?" To which I replied, in the queens finest english, "Radio 2, dear fellow" and clicked the leccy window up! His soon-to-be-impressed girlfriend (you know the type, 15 at best!
) was not impressed as I pulled away!
Made me chuckle anyway!

No, no, you have to cup your ear and say "Excuse me", then he shouts again, and you lean forward a bit, say "excuse me", and eventually you say "sorry, I can't hear you, the radio is too loud" then smile condescendingly.

Nothing annoys a chav w@nker more than not being taken seriously, and laughed at.

We were at rugby practice and the local neds were out in force during an in service day for them. They were plaguing us and our coach and we were doing a warm up and they just followed us round the park. A few of the jokers in the squad were shouting back "Sorry we don't speak unemployed!"
Our coach got fed up and just said "go get em guys" about 3 or 4 of the squad sprinted after them. This coach was and still is one of the best schoolboy coaches and PE teachers in the country (maybe 2nd to 1 in particular then) and he encouraged the guys to get them! Funny but shocking!
Sorry back on topic, the put down was the "we don't speak unemployed!"

Don't mean to diss your car dude but you're judging the Saxo owner in the same way.
I did indeed judge him, and my judgement was bang on.He was driving like an idiot through a village, I was not.
He was driving with his fog lights on, I was not.
He shouted abuse at me, I didn't to him.
He was playing his music loudly (as was I, but mine with consideration through built-up areas), I wasn't to the same extent.
He drove with no care for the road, or at a speed appropriate to the road, I did.
I guess it was a case of 'you had to be there', but slating me over my car was a little childish. I doubt I'd have had the same response if it said 'Lambo' or whatever in 'my car', that's the thing that pissed me off!
I therefore apologise for my 'tosser' comment!
"Do the foglights make you go faster then?"
"Nah Blud, wat ya chatting bout innit"
"Well, they make you look like a t
t, so I assume there's a reason you have them on"
"Yoo takin da piss man?"
"Um.... yes *driving away casually*"
The same chap pulled a frying pan on me about an hour later in the street... no joke... well actually it was quite funny, it was one of those baby frying pans that you'd just about manage to fry an egg in.
So I can see why the OP finds the 'chav situation' amusing
