I wasn't greatly impressed when I went to a Le Mans track day last year. The outfit said they arrange photography and have mechanical backup. On the day the briefing etc were all good and everyone was pleasant but no photographer was present and when I had a power steering fluid loss due to a burst pipe the mechanical backup consisted of them going off the lunch and following it (two hours) bringing me 1 litre of replacement fluid. (In the event I called Mercedes who picked up the car and fixed the problem).
I contacted Circuit Days after the event and never had a reply.

I have used them a few times and they've been ok but on the days I have been there the organisation has been laggin behind some of the better organisers and from what I could see there was no real policing of idiots on track, wouldn't prevent me from booking with them but they are not as good as some of the more established organisers IMO
Its not that easy sourcing power steering fluid for an AMG Merc, in the middle of France, at lunch time when everyone in France has a 2 hour lunch.
We spent an hour working on the car, finding the burst pipe and sending our mechanic (Phil Bowler of Trackside, who does all our events) into town to find suitable fluid. On his return you and the car had gone. Other than stock every part and fluid for every possible car there is not much more we could do. Did MB fix the car at the track, or did they take it away for repairs? Was it ready that day? If so and if the problem was only a minor job, as your post seems to suggest, why did you not continue driving in the afternoon?
RE photographer we did have one there, not our usual guys (Xtreme) as the costs of them going over to photgrapgh (19 cars) were prohibitive so we had a local guy take pics, very good too.
We were not contacted by you after the event although various posts concerning this event have been left on PH, much to my annoyance.
