Few questions

Hi all,
How is everyone? Well I hope.

I havn't posted for a while so just a quick update:

With Diff bracket replaced I have been back on the road for 3 or so weeks now! I've managed to have the best drive of my life up to show my new toy to my dad who loved it! Can't beat the sun shining, B roads 75% of the way! Brilliant!



I have been touching a few things up recently and doing a little polishing here and there, upon doing so I noticed that a breather pipe (below) is getting crushed.



Has anyone else had this? I have had the pipe off and it has completed changed shape and is very much crushed. Surely I can just get a longer pipe and go around the outside? Seems a little strange.

Also, I was considering getting clear repeaters and indicators, however looking at the main sites its almost £100! The cost isnt really a problem but 100 pounds for clear lights.... seems rather steep to me! Does anyone have any other options or know where to get these from cheaper?

Same goes with the Handbrake handle - previous owners must have lifted with keys in hand and the handle has been chewed up. Looking at the main replacement from the known sites this is another £70 odd..

Obviously I kind of new this was going to be the case when owning a TVR, but for what they are I may as well save the money get some alloys first.
I was just wondering if anybody else have used other handbrakes/lights etc.

Breather yep replace with longer pipe.

Side repeaters are Ford Fiesta Items. Indicators are Landrover Forward Control items and pop up on ebay a fair bit.

Handbrake can also pop up on ebay £40 usually.

With the breather pipe can anyone recommend a good place to get one from? I'm sure they'll be readily available but if anyone knows the sizes that'd save me or job, or where to buy from?

EDIT: I'll just get the bore size and order a meter from Samco or somewhere.
