Hhhmmm closeups of bits of cars. Well executed but I find the beauty of most of those cars is their overall appearance.

You're not wrong but I find at shows/ museums and similar, the cars are so closely packed in that you can't really isolate the whole car. So I thought I'd pick off little bits and see how they came out.

Not overlyh exciting but hey, haven't posted a photography thread up for a while and it's a slow night hehe

Agreed but then 3/4 shots of cars can get awfully tedious after a while. Maybe the answer is somewhere in the middle. I'm not sure the above crops are real winners but I'd like to give the OP the Simpo Prize for troubling to resize his pictures biggrin

ETA They might have more potential in BW

Don't get me wrong, they're good shots. Maybe as Simpo says a mixture might be better. I love the place. All the donkeys milling around outside are good subjects too!

I didn't think it was as good as I remembered actually. Went to the New Forest to visit an Owl and Otter place. Everything was asleep/ hiding or just not up to much.

I thought I'd try to pull the day back with a last minute visit to Beaulieu to be left feeling a bit disappointed.

Maybe i'm just older and not allowed on the go-karts anymore?
