Little rubber thingy things

The best description i could give it is that it is like a rectangular grommet that the rods/bars go into that the soft top rests on.

Does anyone know what they are called or where i can buy one as the one above/behind the passengers head is missing and doesnt look right when the roof is off.

Alternatively i could go to a dealers and pinch one from one of their cars on display but that would be very Scouse.
