Interesting statistics

I know Paul Smith of SafeSpeed reads this board - so first off I want to aplogise for stealing his thunder if he was planning on announcing his interesting findings on here!

Paul has calculated the change in KSI figures for the original 8 scamera areas against those 13 that didn't join until 2003.

The original 8 have had a reduction in KSI figures of 5.58%.

Those that joined in 2003, have a reduction of KSI figures of 7.05%

This is for the period 2000-2002.

So there you have it - safety partnerships DO NOT WORK
