I just wondered if there is a haynes manual or similar that would be suitable for my 98 Chim 400?
I just would be interested as i have found those books really useful in the past for clearing up odd jobs that otherwise i would have to get a garage to do?
Cheers guys
Steve Heath bible 2nd edition and if you wanted i suppose LR Discovery V8 if haynes do one.I just would be interested as i have found those books really useful in the past for clearing up odd jobs that otherwise i would have to get a garage to do?

Steve Heath's book brings together a lot of practical experience from lots of owners and is highly recommended for the occasional bit of DIY maintenance. If it's definitely a Haynes manual you want, you will want one for the Range Rover Classic for the engine, and Ford Sierra (various) for bits of the suspension and brakes.

Cheers I have got Heath 2nd manual and find it a great help. I have a feeling the cam may need replacing at some point in the near future and fancy having a go at replacing it, so it was more the torque settings and those kind of instructions i was after. I guess the land rover book may be my best bet as i imagin my chim 400 engine isnt modified too far different from the Discovery v8?
