I know this subject has come up many times, but I can't find out certain details.

I want to do caliper upgrade to the front of my 1996 Griff 500 but don't want to go to expense of Wilwoods or hasle of taking lugs off a Ford 4 pot caliper....So was thinking about Ford 2 Pot Calipers - I understand Granada Scorpion fits but what yr and exact model, does anyone know?

And what are your views on Ferodo DS2500 OR Mintex 1154 Pads? (This is for fast road use)

Cheers
Simon

Been covered before but

283mm discs from the front of a 2wd sierra cosworth
in conjunction with the calipers from a Ford Granada Cosworth will give a good brake upgrade.

I think the Ferodo DS3000 is a popular pad choice but I've never used it, EBC Greenstuffs are good enough for me

Excellent, thanks for your help, do you know which year for both of the Ford's we are talking about?

I had mintex and suffered the same problem, they also didn't like track use very much (over heated and started crumbling).
Now running Ferrodo DS2500 on the front (very good anchors with little brake dust) and ebc Greenstuff on the rear which give me a nice neutral balance under heavy breaking.
