Does anybody know much about Paul West who was the deputy chief constable at Thames Valley who has recently become Chief at West Mercia (my patch)?
Is he likely to be pro or anti "Safety" Camera Partnerships? I was wondering whether I might write to him making sure he's aware of the huge anti-police feeling in his new patch as a result of the work and statements of the Partnership.
