Full harness seatbelts ?

Anyway, I bought a pair of 6 point OMP harnessses for my project. The FIA approval ran out in 2005, but it also states ... not for road use.
Will this affect the MOT ?

I had 3 inch belts, full FIA approval and it failed the MOT on them.

It was a stupid decision, but at MOT time keep the normal ones in.

The O.E. ones no longer fit mate, no room for the original anchor points.
