Hi

As a new Elise owner, I am wondering what you guys do if you get a puncture miles from home?

Any recommendations?

Puncture repair spray if it's a slowish puncture.

AA/RAC if there a big hole.

A little anecdotal, but I understood that a lot of tyre repair places aren't too fond of the spray-can jobbies and can refuse to repair them. Not had the experience myself, if I get a puncture it will be straight out with the AA card and on the back of a flat bed for me

I agree call the AA. The cans of spray make a right mess and as to trying to drive home slowly I think you will knacker the rim as well as the tyre.

Or alternatively you could do a villeneuve (snr).

If you're going to joke, you really should make it a bit more obvious, as someone who doesn't know better may well believe that statement and end up doing their car and/or themselves and others some serious damage.

Surely if you got a puncture, you would use it as an excuse to trade the car in for something else anyway?

Gooby is having a joke.(I hope).;)

Do not drive on a deflated tyre, if the gunk in the can does not re-inflate and keep it up (oo-er misses) then it is a call for recovery.
