Well we are hearing lots about electric sport cars comming out of the USA topping 0-60 at 2 seconds but has anyone had a wiff of any electric sport bikes yet?

Unfortunately this is the video. I don't particularly recommend watching it. I think that sitting on a bike capable of 0-60 in 0.9secs, wearing no kit whatsoever, not even a helmet, and then attempting a burnout in the middle of a city centre was always going to end very badly.....

This article seems to include the main contenders in the electric bike market but there isn't really a sports bike amongst them, unless you include the drag bike already mentioned.

But watch out, I did some rides in the 80s
on an electric Daihatsu trike from the 60s,
and it scared pedestrians sh*tless when approaching them at 30mph,
in almost absolute silence......
