NEW CAR - FOCUS STYLE OR VW GOLF MATCH - PLEASE HELP?????

Hi all

Just about to order my new company car for oct 08 delivery and i cant choose which to go for, so could do with your views. By the way i already drive a mk5 golf tdi S

I have a choice of:-

• focus 1.6 tdci style - 119 co2 emmisions **

GOOD POINTS

brand new model
good extras
slightly cheaoer than the golf so my compnay car tax will be marginally less
looks ok

BAD POINTS

no long term testing as yet
not enough interior storage vs the golf
no arm rest

• golf 1.9 tdi BLUEMOTION match - 119 co2 emmisions **

GOOD POINTS

i know i will be comfy in it
good storage bins etc
like where i go to get it serviced
full of extra the focus dont have - cruise control, ipod connection, 12v connector in boot (very handy) 4 electric windows, arm rest

BAD POINTS

will be the old model by feb 2009
its basically the same car to live with for 3 years i already have
no long term testing on the bluemotion engines



JUST ANY OPINIONS WOULD BE GREATLY RECIEVED

my only advice and its not one or the other... buy with your heart. .. nothing worse than regretting buying a car, or not going that little bit extra.

try em both see which one makes you grin when you drive it.
