Hi

Just went over to Beaulieu and around the NewForest and was good drive even in my old banger and lovely weather.

Could anyone recommend some good country roads or routes around Hampshire for moderate - progressive hooning?

Thanks

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&hl=en&ge... This is far more fun than the 272, some good straight bits, followed by good twistes as you drop down Stoner Hill into Petersfield, being B and C roads no coppers around either for the most part smile
.:Edit:.
Edited to add:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&hl=en&ge... is always good for a long blat out too, can be combined with beach or something simmilar to make a day of it

The B3047 passes through two villages Itchen Abbas and Itchen Stoke. I can't remember which, but one of these has a strong local anti-speed campaign. It seems that most of the houses have 30 limit stickers on their wheelie bins next to the road. It just seems like the sort of place that would be constantly pestering the local BIB for a speed checks.
