I'm not trying to be stupid here but I came back off my holiday to find all this talk of Talivans

Obviously some despicable government device that takes the common sense approach off the BiB, throws it in the bin and then gets on with the task of making easy money out of us, but...

A) What do they look like?
B) Where are they found?
C) Do you get any warning of impending doom (yet another 3 points and a step towards a ban)

All advice greatfully recieved

Its simply a van with speed monitoring / capturing equipment installed inside.

Normally parked (hidden) on a 30MPH limit 50m before a NSL road.

Talivan!
