Now this is one of the cars that I looked at before I made my final decision on a car.... ot was up for £45k... which without things like aircon, wing and a few bits it seemed steep... then I found out the engine wasn't really new... did belong to one of the guys on here before but has done a reasonable amount of track work and wasn't near 650hp.... more like 500 - 550 (which is what the guy told me, he was honest about the car) from a nice NA car that was later supercharged, ran quite a high compression still as well if I remember correctly? Belonged to 454 on here?

Just thought I'd let people know before hand so they can ask the right questions before parting with cash!

Wasn't it this car that was up for sale a couple of months ago in the classifieds?
I think it was on for a couple of weeks then dropped the price to 45K.
At the time it was advertised as new 08 plate with 150 miles AFAIKR.

Yup that's the one, Jeremy the guy selling it was great an honest, looks like someone is trying to make a quick buck out of the car!

Engine was from my GTR and as said was originally N/A but I added the blower but only at low boost. Reasonable amount of track work is perhaps a bit unfair as it was about 1500miles from new and 500 of that was on track, but always at 5750 rev limiter, certainly would have struggled to reach 550hp let alone 650, so someone is being a bit deceitful methinks. Nice car though and what a good choice of colour!
