3.9 litre pre serp clutch & flywheel

My rear crackshaft oil seal has been leaking - and my clutch is very black, burnt and basically shagged.
Where's the best place for a new one?
Not necessarily looking for cheapest but cost is a factor - I'd like some quality too.
I don't want the pedal weight to be too heavy either.

Also the flywheel has some small surface cracks aswell as black burns - can this be machined or is a new one the best / only option?

Engine is a 1991 pre serp if it makes a difference in a V8S.
