Classified Section - Irritating Problem

Hi

Advertised the car a while back - no joy.

So placed another more detailed advert, didn't appear.

So placed another, then received a email stating this was a duplicate and to edit the previous one (which didn't appear).

Replied to the email explaining - but no reply at all.

So, then I delete ALL adverts so I can start a fresh with a more detailed, enhanced, different, up to date advert - and receive the exact same email saying its a duplicate advert.

Can't win!

To me, duplicate means the same, a copy - which the new advert isn't, it's far from a straight copy so I don't get it.

Possibly this is an automated responce, but it would be nice to receive a human reply to emails sent.

I have emailed [e-mail] three times in the last week - no reply what so ever.

I have emailed Paul Garlick today, let's hope I get somewhere then.

Now I need a drink.

I am 90% certain I sent an email to your other email address (not the one on your profile) earlier today explaining the situation, but i will check first thing tomorrow

I have tried numerous times to edit the original - but it just reverts back to the original, I want to change title, website link, PX info and the listing itself - but just wont show edited.

Annoying :-)
