318i Pulling to the right when braking hard?

The mrs 318i is pulling to the right under hard braking....dealer said it could be a number of things but I dont want to hand the car over to find an investigative invoice for 5 hours of labour! The Tyres are like new and were fitted 4 months back properly balanced etc.

Any ideas as to whats wrong?

1. Caliper sticking
2. Very badly worn balljoint or front arm rear bush
3. Broken suspension coil spring
4. Badly worn rear axle carrier bushes
5. Tyre pressures inconsistant.
